Hamptons Hospital is currently open and receiving cancer patients in its Advanced Cancer Treatment and Diagnostic Center. Cardiovascular and Renal Centers opened in January of 2019, currently tackling some of the largest contributors to preventable deaths globally. Doctors are being paid between Kshs. 400,000 (USD $4,000) per month to Kshs. 800,000 (USD $8,000) per month depending on specialty and experience excluding benefits. Nurses earn from Kshs. 150,000 (USD $1,500) per month for MTC graduates to Kshs. 400,000 (USD $4,000) for PHD holders. The entire 5,000 bed Hamptons Hospital will have a capacity to treat 12,000 patients per day and employ 9,000 workers. Upon full completion, Hamptons Hospital will be the largest hospital in the world covering all aspects of healthcare while treating patients with state-of-the art equipment operated by the world’s top healthcare professionals. Kakamega County Residents are currently being treated for free on NHIF.

Hamptons mall, located at the Plaza district of MMTC has been open since 2015 and currently hosts Mwalmart Supermaket, Hamptons cafe and Bed & Breakfast. The supermarket is always fully stocked with fresh organic produce and food from local farms, household items and construction materials. The 36-hole golf course envelops the natural beauty of the lush green rolling hills, large granite boulders, and fast flowing rivers and streams; creating a refreshing yet challenging retreat for experienced and inexperienced players alike. Upon finishing a round, golfers can relax at a private bar and restaurant at the Hamptons Golf Club; take a massage at the spa, swim at the club’s resort-style pool or take advantage of other members only amenities including tennis courts and fitness center. 4,800 residences are currently underway along the 36-hole golf course. The homes will be occupied primarily by healthcare and technology staff and their families who will either own their home or rent from other investors in the Hamptons Golf Resort and Residences

Located within lush green fields and rolling hills in Butere, the city has opened up hiking trails within the hills amongst which our golf courses are located. It is now a familiar site seeing both residents and visitors going on hikes and biking exercises at MMTC every morning/evening. Located just within afew minutes drive from MMTC, the Kakamega rainforest hosts a number of species that are found nowhere else on Earth. This includes the African civet and the kipunji. It is one of the few remaining habitats for chimpanzees, and is home to rare species like the African golden cat and forest elephants. Tourists staying at the city are able to enjoy planned trips to this major tourist attraction site in Kenya.

Located just outside MMTC is Mt. Elgon. It is a dormant or extinct stratovolcano on the Uganda-Kenya border. It is the highest mountain in Kenya, and the second highest in Africa after Mount Kilimanjaro. The mountain has two peaks, Mawenzi at 5,199 metres (17,057 ft) and Elgon at 4,565 metres (15,098 ft). The two peaks are about 10 kilometres (6.2 mi) apart and Mawenzi is usually considered part of Mount Elgon because it has the same geological formation. It also has Mount Elgon National Park, which is named after this mountain. Guests staying at MMTC can enjoy guided tours of this spectacular site.

Located in Tanzania, Mount Kilimanjaro is the African continent's highest peak at 5,895 meters (19,340 feet). Also called a stratovolcano (a term for a very large volcano made of ash, lava, and rock), Kilimanjaro is made up of three cones: Kibo, Mawenzi, and Shira. Kibo is the summit of the mountain and the tallest of the three volcanic formations. While Mawenzi and Shira are extinct, Kibo is dormant and could possibly erupt again. Scientists estimate that the last time it erupted was 360,000 years ago. The highest point on Kibo’s crater rim is called Uhuru, the Swahili word for “freedom.” The mountain is also known for its snow-capped peak; however, scientists warn that the snow might disappear within the next 20 years or so. The majestic mountain is a snow-capped volcano. It is located just a 30minutes flight away from MMTC.
